Requirements and Specifics
Please be aware of the following requirements that ensure the smooth running of the integration between Clock PMS+ and Hotek.
- You will need to have a Clock IoT device for this integration.
- Please note that your door lock system needs to be fully installed and configured.
- Make sure that the Clock loT device and door lock system are connected to the same local network segment.
- The integration supports the following known systems: Generation-X.
- For these Cloud Mobile Keys (QR code keys), you will need to add special hardware to the door locks.
- The Communication Protocol that this integration uses is: Hotek PMS Protocol V2.1 (Check compatibility).
