Statistics export (AVS)

Requirements and Specifics

Please be aware of the following requirements that ensure the smooth running of the integration between Clock PMS+ and AVS.

• The AVS meldeschein export is the selected form of submitting the guest data to the government in some German states such as, but not limited to, Baden Würtemberg and Nordrheinwestphalen.
• The export produces an XML file which is then uploaded to the AVS by the customer.
• The export is not able to update existing records(AVS limitation).
• Some configuration in Clock PMS+ is needed.
• Contact the Clock PMS+ Customer Service for activation.
